Hunger
Everyone knows that hunger is a problem. But do you know how much it affects lives? You might walk to your sink to get a glass of water, but some people walk miles to get a tiny amount of dirty water for the day. Crops that entire villages depend on for life might fail because of a flash flood or a fire. Enemies could raid, and steal an entire town's food. Hunger takes nearly 25,000 lives everyday throughout the world. The causes of hunger are different, but the need is the same.
But the Bible offers courage and hope to those who have none.
Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted. He did the same with the fish.
If we believe in Christ, we will go to heaven where all of our needs will be fulfilled. The promise of Jesus provides hope for people around the world.
